The 2011 conference will be held at Stareton Hall, Stoneleigh Park on 29 September, commencing at 9.00am. Transport to and from Stoneleigh Park will be provided for delegates staying at Chesford Grange and the Stratford Manor the evening prior to the conference. Delegates arriving on the morning of the event can either head straight for Stoneleigh Park, or to their designated hotel and pick up the transport there.

Philip Weldon and Alan Laurier, two dessert-freaks with a passion for all things cake-shaped, formed the English Cheesecake Company back in the late 1980s. They started small, pleasing one customer at a time with impossibly tasty creations but soon word spread about the 'new dessert-kid in town' and demand grew and grew.
