For the first time, Country Range brand has its own stand at the CRG exhibition.
Exclusively available through Country Range Group members, the Country Range brand provides caterers with a value for money proposition without any need to compromise on taste or quality. From basic commodities through to finished products, the complete range has been developed specifically for professional foodservice use.
Chef Nigel Smith, star of ‘On the Range’ in Stir it up magazine, will be cooking at the Country Range stand.
Nigel has a wealth of experience in the catering industry and has worked with a host of renowned chefs including Albert Roux and Anton Edelmann. He is currently the chef/patron at the Villa in Wrea Green, Lancashire, and a consultant development chef for Country Range.
Nigel will be creating a range of delicious dishes using the Country Range Tomato & Chilli sauce. From a heartening chilli con carne to inspirational cooking demonstrations with chicken and fish, Nigel will warm your taste buds.
