French bakery manufacturer Délifrance launched in the UK just under 30 years ago and today provides breads, patisseries, viennoiserie, brioche and savouries to the foodservice, retail, education, hotel, wholesale, coffee shops, and contract caterer markets.
Délifrance, the bakery product division of parent company NutriXo, draws on 100 years of tradition and expertise from its group milling partner Grands Moulins de Paris, which supplies flour used in Délifrance products.
Through its 20 bakery sites across the UK and Europe, Délifrance produces some of the country’s finest speciality and core bakery products from organic ranges to simple breads and pastries.
At the Country Range event, Délifrance will be showcasing some of its key lines and concepts, such as: Délifrance core breads, viennoiserie and provencette, the hot sandwich concept, as well as Maison Héritage, which includes a range of authentic rustic breads, and our new mini desserts concept ‘Café Gourmand’.
