Mars Foodservice, the company behind the iconic brands Dolmio and Uncle Ben's, will be showcasing their RTU Sauces and Ambient Rice range.

Alongside their existing range the team will be able to share detail of the exciting Dolmio sauce NPD which will be available to order from 16 July 2012. 



Chef Roy Shortland will be cooking up a variety of dishes to demonstrate how versatile and delicious the recipes are, while highlighting that the sauces range is fully 2012 salt compliant, suitable for a gluten free diet and that none of our recipes contain nuts or peanuts.
