Bird’s Ice Cream was developed following feedback from caterers who were looking for a dessert solution that wasn’t time intensive to prepare and didn’t need special equipment to create. Bird’s Ice Cream simply requires water and a brisk whisk with a standard handheld or electric whisk to create a perfect soft serve ice cream.

The company will also be demonstrating its new range of McDougalls luxury flour mixes that are perfect for the preparation of a number of tantalising treats.
