Universe Foodservice is the dedicated foodservice division of Petty Wood, specialising in building brands in the UK’s catering and foodservice sector through strong relationships with a wide network of wholesalers and key end users.

In 2011 Universe Foodservice has launched two concepts to the catering industry, adding further support to their distributors. Using the Lee Kum Kee Professional Range the same company has launched the Lee Kum Kee Hot Wok concept. Unlike most brands in the market, the Professional Range is manufactured without having to add MSG and Preservatives as ingredients. Using the strength of the sauces, it offers caterers an opportunity to add a new dimension to the lunch time offering with both value for money and quality.

Baxters is the most popular premium soup brand in the UK. They’ve now launched 8 flavours from across the range into ready to use 2.2litre plastic containers. With the quality of the brand, it provides and excellent range for the grab and go market, and with its long shelf life minimum wastage.
