Final get-in and prep for exhibitors. Please ensure that you are ready to receive visitors to your stand by 09.00 latest – the exhibition will open at 09.00 prompt.
08.30 – 09.00 | Riverside Foyer | Delegate registration for CRG members
09.00 – 15.00 | Hall 1 | 2025 CRG Exhibition

Important Notice Regarding Loading Bay Access:
Please note that the venue has limited loading bay spaces.
As a result, the event organisers will create a loading bay schedule based on the details you provide regarding your stand build and the items you plan to bring, which should be included in your registration information.
The finalised loading bay schedule will be sent to you one month prior to the event. You will need to coordinate with any external suppliers and couriers according to this schedule, as no parking is available on-site.
It is crucial that you arrive and depart only within the designated time slots; arriving earlier or staying longer than allowed will disrupt the flow of the event.
We encourage you to bring any items that can be easily carried through the main entrance instead of using the loading bay. This will help ensure the event runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible for all participants.
